Martin Haines - Senior Consultant
Martin Haines founded Dental Financial Associates in 2002 after a lengthy career working for specialist financial companies. Martin has helped support the dental sector for over 20 years, and is a member of the Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education. He is married with three grown up children and two grandchildren.

Tina Southon - Business Manager
Tina Southon has more than 18 years experience working in the finance sector, including many years working with a major high street financial services and mortgage provider. She holds the Financial Planning Certificate. She has also worked in the retail sector. Tina is married with two grown up stepchildren.

Paul Haines – Para-Planner
Paul Haines is the newest member of our team. He brings with him skills and experience gained from working within Customer Relations with a major utilities provider. During his time there he worked within their Public Relations office as well as part of their internal Helpdesk. Paul has also worked within the retail sector of the construction industry. He is currently studying for his Certificate in Financial Planning and is our trainee Para-Planner. When not at work Paul enjoys playing guitar, films and music and in the last year has taken up scuba diving.
